Settings
Settings is where you shape the CRM to your organization — company details and AI configuration, invoicing, custom fields, lead and pipeline stages, module and widget visibility, the activity log, integrations, and your own preferences.
Available to Admins and Members; the sections marked Admins only below are hidden from Members. If a Member opens a link to an Admins-only section, Settings shows the Organization section instead.
Finding your way around
Opening Settings docks a panel next to the sidebar listing every section in three groups. One line on each:
Workspace
- Organization — your organization's name and logo, and the AI configuration behind Copilot and every AI feature.
- Invoicing & GST (Admins only) — everything invoices need, laid out as a row of tabs across the top: Business & GST, Bank, Numbering, Terms, Tax, Print, Emails, Razorpay, E-invoicing and WHMCS. See the Quotations & Invoices guide.
- Team — members, invitations and roles. See the Team & Access guide.
- User Preferences — your own name, contact details and notification choices.
Data
- Custom Fields (Admins only) — extra fields on Contacts, Leads and Opportunities.
- Lead Stages (Admins only) — the stages a lead moves through, with your own names, colours and order. See Lead stages in the Leads guide.
- Pipeline Stages (Admins only) — the stages a deal moves through on the Opportunities board.
- Modules (Admins only) — hide sidebar modules your organization doesn't use.
- Dashboard Widgets — show or hide widgets on your own dashboard.
- Activity Log (Admins only) — who did what and when across the organization.
Integrations
- Lead Chains (Admins only) — automatic lead capture from Facebook Lead Ads and Google Lead Form Ads. See the Lead Chains guide.
- Integrations (Admins only) — Meta, website lead capture, SMTP, DNS providers, TeamFlow and social connections. See the Integrations guide.
- Lead Forwarding (Admins only) — send new leads on to an external CRM or webhook. See the Lead Forwarding guide.
- Status Webhooks (Admins only) — let another CRM update your lead stages. See the Integrations guide.
Organization
The organization's name and logo, plus the AI Configuration that powers Copilot and every AI feature:
-
Logo — upload a square image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP); it's cropped to a centered square, downscaled to 256×256, and shown in the Company header, the topbar breadcrumb, and the org switcher.
-
Default AI Model — pick from the available models; models whose provider API key isn't configured are shown but disabled ("no API key").
-
Embedding Model, Max Tokens per Request, Temperature (0–1), and an Enable RAG checkbox for retrieval-augmented answers.
Click Save Changes to apply.
Invoicing & GST (Admins only)
Your legal identity and GSTIN, bank details, invoice numbering, payment terms and automation, tax defaults, print options, email templates, Razorpay, e-invoicing and the WHMCS importer — each on its own tab across the top of the page. The whole section is documented in the Quotations & Invoices guide.
Custom Fields (Admins only)
Add your own fields to Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities — they appear in the create/edit forms, as toggleable table columns, in lead filter conditions, and as mapping targets in Lead Chains and landing-page forms.
- Pick the record type tab (Contacts / Leads / Opportunities).
- Enter a Field label, choose a Type — Text, Number, Date, Dropdown (with comma-separated options), Checkbox, or URL — and click Add field.
Removing a field hides it everywhere but keeps the stored values, so re-adding it later doesn't lose data.
Lead Stages (Admins only)
The stages a lead moves through on the Leads page. Rename the built-in stages, add your own, give each a colour, mark whether it counts as won or lost, and reorder with the up/down arrows. The last remaining stage can't be deleted. Covered in full under Lead stages in the Leads guide.
Pipeline Stages (Admins only)
The stages a deal moves through on the Opportunities board. Each stage has a name, an optional win likelihood % (drives the board's weighted totals and the AI forecast), a kind badge (Open / Won / Lost), and — for open stages — a Rotting after (days) threshold that flags idle deals.
- Reorder with the up/down arrows; rename or edit with the pencil.
- Add a stage creates a new open stage placed just before Won/Lost.
- Deleting a stage moves its deals to the nearest remaining stage. Won and Lost can't be deleted — automations (like project creation on deal won) hook into them.
Modules (Admins only)
Hide entire sidebar modules your org doesn't use (e.g. Drip Campaigns, Landing Pages, Files). Unlike dashboard widgets this is org-wide — it changes every teammate's sidebar. Nothing is deleted; bring a module back any time with the eye button.
Files is listed here like any other module, but it also needs file storage turned on by your deployment's administrator — until then the Files page shows "File storage is not set up on this deployment". See the Files guide.
Dashboard Widgets
Your personal dashboard workspace: show or hide any widget — the standard blocks or custom ones created by you or Copilot. Choices apply to your dashboard only; teammates keep their own view. Hidden custom widgets stay listed here so you can recover them; the trash icon deletes one permanently. See the Dashboard guide.
Activity Log (Admins only)
An audit trail of changes and events in your organization: who did what, to which record, and when. Narrow the list with the All entities and All actions dropdowns and the From / To dates; Clear resets the filters. What is recorded — and what is deliberately left out — is explained in the Security guide.
Lead Chains, Integrations, Lead Forwarding and Status Webhooks (Admins only)
The four sections in the Integrations group connect the CRM to the outside world: Lead Chains pull leads in from ad platforms, Integrations hold your Meta, website form, SMTP, DNS and TeamFlow connections, Lead Forwarding pushes new leads out to another CRM or webhook, and Status Webhooks let another CRM move your leads between stages. See the Lead Chains guide and the Integrations guide.
Lead Forwarding has its own page: add a destination (preset or blank), describe the request — URL, headers, encrypted secrets, a body template with {{lead.*}} placeholders, value maps and source filters — test it against a real lead, then switch it on; every send is logged under the destination's Deliveries tab and failed sends are retried automatically. Requires the Manage integrations permission. See the Lead Forwarding guide.
Status Webhooks gives each external CRM its own URL and secret key; when a lead's status changes there, it calls the URL and the lead moves to the stage you mapped that status to, exactly as if you had moved it yourself. Requires the Manage integrations permission. See Incoming Status Webhooks.
User Preferences
Your own account: name, email, and phone; Notification Preferences (email notifications, browser push, marketing emails). Save All Changes applies everything.
The Security card shows Change Password and Enable Two-Factor Authentication buttons, but neither does anything yet. To change your password today, sign out and use Forgot password? on the sign-in page; two-factor authentication is not available.
Options set outside Settings
A few things are decided by your administrator when Evolzer is deployed. They are not in Settings and cannot be changed from inside the CRM:
- Whether people can sign up on their own. If self-service sign-up is off, there is no Create an account link, the sign-in page says "Ask your administrator for an invitation", and the only way in is an invitation from Settings → Team. See If sign-up is invitation-only.
- Whether the Google and GitHub buttons appear on the sign-in page.
- Whether the site's home page goes straight to sign-in instead of a public landing page.
How each of these behaves is described under Signing in in the Security guide.
